[TSVN] GUI Translation Status report for TortoiseSVN trunk (r3604)

Hi Folks,

I was just going to prepare the language packs for TortoiseSVN 1.2 and
noticed that some languages are only missing a few words or accelerator
keys. To give the translators a chance to catch up, I will hold back the
incomplete Language packs one more day, before I release them. Incoming
complete translations will be released immediately.
