[TSVN] Focus loss

Is there some event that's occasionaly generated, that could cause a refresh
(and hence focus to be lost from a currently selected / editing item)?

I've noticed twice now:

Creating a new folder - focus was lost before I could type the folder name (so
it was left as 'new folder').

After creating a folder 'z' - explorer seemed to refresh, moving the 'z' folder
to it's sorted position, instead of at the end of list as usual.
