[TSVN] Bug in icon set selector

Hi Folks,

There are some bugs in the icon set selector and the classic version of
ReadOnly.

1. All sets show the same icon for locked, although there are different
ones in the repository.

2. All sets show the same icon for added (I think).

3. The 'filenames' used in the selector are inconsistent in
capitalisation, and Needs Lock should be ReadOnly.
normal -> Normal
modified -> Modified
conflicted -> Conflicted
Needs Lock -> ReadOnly
deleted -> Deleted
Locked OK
added -> Added

4. The NeedsLock icon in the classic set has the check mark in
transparent colour, which makes it hard to see on top of a file icon. I
think this is a problem with the icon itself.

Simon
