I get \"Unable to write to Standard output\" when trying to do a
checkout. I know this question is already covered in the FAQ, but none
of the proposed solutions work for me.

I logged in with my username/password and did \"which svnserve\" and it
finds it allright. I also changed the plink to be Putty\'s plink, but
it doensn\'t give me an error message, it just hangs. I tried the
checkout locally and it worked like a charm. Any new ideas on how to
approach this problem?
