[TSVN] Graphs features to add.

I have a very large repository that was imported from another SC system.
 
We have data going back to 1998, and the 'Commits by week' graphs does not
display this very well.
 
Some suggestions I have:
1) The week numbers overlay the label 'week'. The actual number of commits
overlays 'commits'. Make sure nothing overlays something else.
2) The week number is not very useful for projects with more then 30 weeks
in them. I would suggest using stuff like months, quarters, or years as the
break-off points.
3) The week numbers or whatever would be more useful for us with actual date
labels instead of just week numbers.
