[TSVN] Bug in the Repo-Browser

The case of a URL is not stored and sent to a server properly. When I
type in a URL in the field and the URL is case sensitive (such as on a
svn:// server) the URL it connects to is always in lower-case.

To recreate bug:
1. Click on the Repo-Browser
2. In the URL field type in a URL that is case-sensitive using some
upper-case letters.
3. When it connects it will connect to the server with all lowercase
letters.
