I did it because of the new xdelta compression mentioned in SVN 1.2's
release notes; I'm using an FSFS repo. Dumping and loading proceeded
without error or hitch. I was just wondering why, if the schema hasn't
changed, the manual says to use the old svnadmin to dump and the new one
to load?
