[TSVN] Slow right click in windows...

Hi,

With tortoise installed, right clicking in explorer is pretty (okay,
very!) slow on my work machine (Windows XP Pro SP1 with corporate
customisations) even when a checkout is on a local drive. I'm running
tortoise 1.1.3.

On my laptop (WinXP Tablet Edition), I'm running tortoise 1.1.5 and have
no such problems.

I just got a colleague to install tortoise on his work machine, he now
has 1.1.7 but still has the "slow right click" behaviour.

How do I go about finding out what's going on here?
Anyone else experienced this?
