You should move your mouse a bit before clicking on the second item.
If you do not, Windows will see it as a double click.

I'm unsure how you accomplish the double click, assuming that you're
clicking on two different entries in the list. (Using a combination
of keyboard+mouse perhaps?)
If you get double clicks even after moving your mouse to the next
entry before the second click, you probably have a really bad mouse
driver..

In any case this is all normal Windows behaviour. It seems odd that
TSVN is the only application where you have problems with double
clicking?
