[TSVN] On successful commit, OK button not default

Hi all

Using r3230:

When I commit, and the operation is successful, the OK button of the dialog
is not given the focus, so I cannot press enter to close the window (I have
to press tab then enter). Arduous, I know ;-) Is it being left on the
cancel button (which gets disabled on a successful commit)?

The TSVN About dialog does not appear to have an icon in the alt-tab list.
Should it? Others do.
