[TSVN] RE: TortoiseSVN 1.1.7 released

Bah, stupid user install error, tried an upgrade and then a clean install.
No matter how many times I click the "Install for everyone, not me", the
right-click menu isn't available to non-Administrators.

Moving now to download the cmd-line client, already spent too much time
trying to get this back-merge to work...

Due to a corrupted build, version 1.1.6 doesn't work right with file:///
access to a BDB repository. So now we release version 1.1.7 which is a
rebuild of version 1.1.6.

If you wonder why the build of 1.1.6 got broken: it's a long story, but
first thing tomorrow I have to buy a new harddrive...
