[TSVN] More on doc

From: Fernando P. Nájera Cano <tortoisesvn_at_fernandonajera.com>

Hi,

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I see at r3215 for example that a lot of .xml files are changed. When
you do that, please update the 'doc/doc.pot' file accordingly, because
if you don't I cannot "update from POT" and then I'm translating
sentences which are not being used anymore -- and wasting my time...

I see at r3214 that Luebbe does this. Could this be done by Simon
Large each time he changes something?

If not, is this sentence true?: "if I run CreatePot.bat twice I will
get exactly the same output file". If yes, I can create my doc.pot
file before starting translating, and then when Luebbe creates the
good one everything should be correct, shouldn't it?

I've realized after translating all Appendix A and B and rebuilding
docs that some sentences that I have translated in es.po are not in
the final .pdf. :'(

Best regards,

Fernando Nájera
