RE: [TSVN]libdb42.dll problem...

Just a little headsup for the documentation folks (Lübbe?Simon?),
the "setting up a server" sections for both apache and svnserve in
the TortoiseSVN manual will need references to libdb43.dll instead
of (or next to?) libdb42.dll. Otherwise I'm sure there will be
more confusion :)

Also, the svnserve docs patch I submitted a few months ago doesn't
seem to have made it into the release build or TSVN website? (r2855)
