TSVN 1.2 as well as Subversion 1.2 will link against the berkeley db 4.3
now. So you don't need libdb42.dll anymore.

Did you use the nightly build or did you build the installer yourself?
If you built it yourself, you might wanna do a rebuild to get rid of
leftover traces of libdb42.dll...
