[TSVN] Bug in "Log Messages" window when editing log message.

Hello.

If a log message entered with "Edit log message" contains http:// then all
spaces are replaced with %20. The only workaround i've found is to remove all
"http://" occurencies.
Log message to reproduce bug is: - Merged r2682 from
http://hive/code/warfare/trunk/src/shared/psyfx.
