Currently, you can't see that message at all. In fact, you can't see
that message unless you're using svnserve as your repository server.
Both https/http and file:/// don't even use that message (at least
that's what the locking notes in the Subversion sources tell).

I thought of showing those as a tooltip in the 'lock' column.
