+1 from me. I don't like the padlock symbol, too. I would like to see a
"no entrance" or "no parking" symbol.

You know, there are only 15 slots available and we should not use too
much. Anyway this was discussed a few times now... :-(

You can turn on "SVN Lock Owner" column handler to see who locked it.
