[TSVN] Store repository URL's shortcuts

Hi,

in TortoiseSVN I miss possibility to store root URLs of my repositories. For
instance the repo Browser combo stores history of URL's I used in past. But
it stores all URL's for the same repository, so URL's of another repository
are wiped out of history. I access several repositories on several different
computers. I want to store those root locations somewhere so I can start my
browsing from the root.
Implementation proposal:
* in TVN configuration there will be list of repository roots managed by
user
* any combo use to pick URL will display the repos root as the very first
items in the list (with different icon) and bellow will be the URL's history
as it is now.
