[TSVN] Rename folder /w locked file - Bug in 1.1.5.2990

Hey all,

Just wanted to file a quick bug report. Keep up the good work on
TortoiseSVN!
Please reply directly to ivanberg@avaya.com, as I am not on the mailing
list.

Didn't see this fixed in latest Changelog, didn't see this filed on
Issue Tracker.

Problem:
        1. Was renaming a folder via TSVN, this folder had multiple word
docs, files, folders, in it.
        2. Accidentally had one of those word docs opened.
        3. During the rename, TSVN rightly complained the file was in
use.
        4. Operation completed.
        5. Was left in an inconsistent state
                i.e. Had two folders
BeforeRename (some of the files were deleted)
(TSVN delete not removing this)
AfterRename (added to working copy & ok)

Could be several ways to handle this:
        a. Prompt the user to close the file, retry, cancel the
operation
        b. In the event of cancelation, undo changes?
