Permissions patch not applied yet. I think this one should go right
after the other one, because this will be a problem regardless of
whether you use SSPI or not. What do you think?

Account patch applied with minor mod in r3129. If you look at the end of
tsvn_preface.xml you will see the 4 tags used to mark tips, important
notes, cautions and warnings. I have changed <warning> to <caution>.
