You can't create a patch of a single file. Right-click on the parent
folder. And for TSVN, we'd like a patch created from the root of the
working copy (above doc/src/...) if possible.

Did you get my mail about your last patch not working because of garbled
UTF8 chars (maybe the mail clients fault)?
