Standard answer:
Please don't use our FAQ page to ask questions about your specific
setup and/or problems. You can use our mailing list
dev@tortoisesvn.tigris.org for that. Since your question is not
a FAQ, I've removed your question from there. If you're problem still
persists after my answer to you, feel free to ask further questions
on the mailing list.
