Not good.
1) Nobody would recognize or update just because there is a new version
with same build revision. Giving them different build revisions just
confuses everybody...
2) Nobody would download the whole 5-7MB (with all language packs!)
again over a slow connection. We would have to provide the Language
Packs also.
