I agree completely on this.
But I have to say, after I told them I would move the TSVN page to
another place if they wouldn't improve things on tigris.org, it didn't
take long anymore to finally upgrade to version 3.5 (which I asked for
also a year ago, but I didn't tell them that I would leave otherwise
then). I've sent that mail about four weeks ago.

So you see, using threats and force works ;)
