They'll update the whole tigris.org site to the latest collab.net
version. Let's see what this brings ;)

TSVN doesn't use the tigris.org issuetracker anymore. Anyone with a
tigris.org account can create new issues but not add to existing issues.
And it's not possible to restrict the ability to create new issues to
project members - anyone can do it. So we had 90% of filed issues to
mark as invalid because people kept asking support questions there.
