TortoiseSVN does not popup cmd windows.

However, I assume for testing you use a local repository and have
installed hook scripts. The popup cmd windows might be the command
shells that are startet to run the hook scripts from the repository. But
I don't know how to supress them ... I guess they won't be visible when
you run a subversion server (mod_dav_svn or svnserve) as windows system
service or on a linux box.
