[TSVN] Setting up PHP to browse multiple repositories.

Hi list

I have a couple of dumb user's questions.

In the TortoiseSVN help, in section 3.1.4 under the subtitle Index of
projects under SVNParentPath
is a PHP script example.
The accompanying text says "Save the lines above to a file svn_index.php
and store that file in your web root folder."
Ok so my question is what is considered to be the "Web Root Folder"
Is it the same directory as the SVNParentPath names in the httpd.conf
file for Apache2?

Then when installing the latest PHP on Apache 2.0.54 the PHP install
instruction refer to two alternatives.
Do I follow the instructions for setting up PHP for CGI operations or
for setting up a non CGI PHP server?

I know zilch about CGI and maybe the question should be put in the
Subversion user list anyway but what the.

Thanks
Peter
