[TSVN] TortoiseSVN-1.2.0.3056-dev-UNICODE_svn-1.2.x.msi requires Berkeley DB libdb43.dll

Installed TortoiseSVN-1.2.0.3056-dev-UNICODE_svn-1.2.x.msi and received
a dialog box titled
MSOFFICE.EXE-Unable To Locate DLL
The dynamic link library libdb43.dll could not be found in the specified
path
C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin;....

Seems like the latest .msi requires a Berkeley DB libdb43.dll
The dll mentioned is not present in the 3043 build.
