[TSVN] Spanish documentation - Was: Re: [TSVN] doc translations

Hi,

I've started to translate doc folder into Spanish. I don't know how
long will it take to finish, but I'll send the translations even if I
dont' finish them, so maybe other can finish it if he wants.

I'll send the first version tomorrow.
