[TSVN] Build.bat broken

I am trying to build the trunk of TSVN, but the build is broken:

build.bat tries to run ..\bin\release\bin\SubWCRev.exe to create the
version.h file. Unfortunately has SubWCRev not been build yet, so it
does not exist in the release\bin folder.
A classic hen and egg problem ...
