Hm, I do not fully understand. You want TortoiseSVN to stop explorer
from pasting files into a folder because there are similar files? Does
not sound good to me...
What is the problem with renaming at all?
You have:
example.doc
example-2.doc

Now just delete example.doc in explorer and then rename example-2.doc to
example.doc. I really don't see the problem...
