Make sure you enabled overlays for the drive type (fixed drive, network
drive...) you are using in TortoiseSVN settings.

If you have TortoiseCVS installed the "Added" overlay should be only one
missing by now. If you have other programs (I don't know others) which
use overlays, too, limit can be reached...
