Strange, I do see local paths reported in GetLock:

Check out the same repo to 2 WCs on my laptop.
Get a lock on a file in WC1.
Try to get a lock on same file in WC2.
Error message reveals that the lock is held by me in WC1.

Maybe that information is only given to me because I am the owner of
both WCs?
