TSVN 1.2 (due for release in late May) no longer has that option because
a) it doesn't work well and b) it can result in a huge slow-down.
However, file & folder status is fetched from a new cache in 1.2 which
is much faster and much better at keeping the overlays in sync. Watch
this space ...
