[TSVN] English in error message could be improved

"It's not possible to rename a file just in case!"

Just in case of what?
I know what it means, but it could be better phrased something like:

"It is not possible to rename a file by changing the case of its name
alone. For example, you can't make MyFile.txt become MYFILE.txt.
Please consult the documentation for a way to work around this
Subversion limitation".
