[TSVN] Installation question

We are just starting to use TSVN and have run into a snag. So far I have
installed the software on about 5 systems with no problems (a mixture of
WinXP and Win2k). However, I have one guy who says that when he installs
it on his Win2k computer it causes Explorer to stop working after a few
minutes and he has to reboot. As a SW developer myself, I know this
doesn't give you much to work with--and I apologize--but do you have any
suggestions where I might start tracking down this problem?

I don't know how rigorous in keeping the OS updated. Could this be a
problem? Also, are there any known conflicts in terms of other
applications that don't play nice with TSVN?
