Oops - this reply should have gone to another mail. Sorry!

About your installer problem: what file is missing? I mean the error
message definitely doesn't say "there's a file missing" but clearly
states which file.

Also: try moving the msi file to a location on your HD where the user
SYSTEM has full access! Also, msi's don't work on encrypted folders.
