Uhm.
I assume you refer to the "Run As..." command? :-).
Then you're correct.

Microsoft screwed up once here, and they never did it again.
My guess is that they got so many support calls from admins and flame
mails from their GUI test department that they stayed clear of it ever
after.

I don't feel that "Windows has a single place where it does this
screwy thing, so now so can we!" is a very good argument for including
this in the TSVN GUI.
