[TSVN] German localization - Repository Browser

Hi,

In the context menu of the tree in the Repository Browser the items "Create
folder..." and "Add Folder..." are both translated "Neuer Ordner..." - which
is of course a little confusing...
I first saw this in about 1.1.3, smiled and forgot about it, but now saw it
again in 1.1.5.

My suggestions would be "Ordner anlegen..." and "Ordner hinzufügen..." which
should be clear in both cases (and more literal).

I couldn't find a separate mailing list for localization topics so I hope
it's OK on the developer list.
