[TSVN] TortoiseMerge not saving on conflicts

Hi List,
has anyone tried resolving a conflict with TortoiseMerge from the
Nightly (r2986)?
I can merge a conflicted file and then press the save button, but
nothing happens it doesn't get gray like on a diff and the file isn't
saved. The same behavior on exiting TMerge.
Didn't tried something similar for a while so i can't say when it's
introduced.
