[TSVN] Patch for TortoiseVars.tmpl

Hello,

In order to simply the modification of TortoiseVars.bat, I created variables
to set SVN base directory.
I then use this variable SVNSRCDIR in other elements.

So to compile TSVN, you only need to modify SVNSRCDIR.

Find herewith :
- vars-1.1.x.diff for the branch 1.1.x
- vars-trunk.diff for the trunk

PS : I have also add a variable SVNSRCDIRX in Unix format (/ instead of \)
for XLSROOT.
