[TSVN] Build 2960 - still deadlocks

After reading Steve's King statement on explorer deadlock being fixed on
r.2940 I downloaded and tested TortoiseSVN-1.1.5RC-UNICODE_svn-1.1.4.msi
aka TortoiseSVN 1.1.5, Build 2960, UNICODE.

Sorry. The flaw is still here. I am forced to use 1.1.2 for "production"
work. For me the best way to provoke the bug is browsing a directory
containing several files with different SVN states eg. different overlay
icons.
