[TSVN] Apparent bug with TortoiseSVN 1.1.4

I just upgraded to TortoiseSVN 1.1.4 and now I can no longer view diffs by
double-clicking on the "Modified" entry in the "Log Message" window. I get
an error saying:

"No repository found in 'svn://svn.bluel.com/depot:%20/MyProject'"

The correct URL would be svn://svn.bluel.com/depot/MyProject

This happens for two different repositories, so I'm pretty sure it's a
TortoiseSVN bug. Our server is a Linux box running Subversion 1.1.3.
