Nah, it's a real bug.

1. CD into a working copy folder (doesn't matter which)
2. Create a file "monkey"
3. Create a file "monkey.txt"
4. Click 'SVN Commit' on the WC folder
5. Click the "monkey.txt" entry - the monkey folder is (wrongfully) also
selected!
