It dies with this message when started:

C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin>tsvncache
Program too big to fit in memory

Also, the start of the TSVNCache.exe file contains the string "Microsoft
C/C++ MSF 7.00"
instead of "MZ" as .exe files have most. Ho-hum :-).
