Check my comments in that issue.
Repo-Browser URL dialog: all you have to do there is to enter an URL.
What help do you need??
SVN Update: that's the progress dialog used for all other operations
too. To which help page should it point? What help do you need there?

The dialog is shown by the MFC framework itself. We can't change that text.

That *might* be possible. But I currently don't know how to do that.
