[TSVN] Upper case <=> lower case; check out problem

Hi,
I have a problem checking out a project with TortoiseSvn. I can checkout the
project without any problem under Linux (svn 1.1.1).

I am using TortoiseSvn 1.1.3:2502.
I have an empty directory C:/my/path/to/project/linux. I right click on the
folder and click "Checkout" and enter the URL to checkout. Several files and
directories are checked out and then a error message pops up.

Message:
In directory 'C:/my/path/to/project/linux/include/netfilter_ipv4' Can't copy
'C:/my/path/to/project/linux/include/netfilter_ipv4/.svn/tmp/text-base/ipt_tcpmss.h.svn-base'
to 'C:/my/path/to/project/linux/include/netfilter_ipv4/ipt_tcpmss.h.tmp': The
system cannot find the file specified.

In the directory two files should be checked out. One is named ipt_tcpmss.h and
the other ipt_TCPMSS.h. There seems to be a problem in the upper-case lower-case
handling of file names.

If I do an export only the file in lower case is exported. And it _is_ the file
in lower case not the content of ipt_TCPMSS.h spelled ipt_tcpmss.h (I have done
a diff).

If you need more informations to reproduce the problem just ask.

I am not subscribed to the list.
