[TSVN] Icons revert in IE Refresh build 2941

Using nightly build 2941

Having just installed 2941 and rebooted, opened a folder with 30+
versioned folders inside and watched the gren ticks propagate down the
icons.

At about the same time as the top half of the folders were showing green
ticks, the whole desktop blinked momentarily, as it often does of it's
own accord after some major file work completes.
My default folder view is detailed.

With that the top half or so of the versioned folders reverted to plain
yellow.
This is something I have seen and reported one before but I cannot find
my previous outgoing to reuse the subject line.

I opened another explorer window of the same folder and all the folders
showed as versioned.
Return to the affected folder, click F5 and all is well.

So I think all this observation does is establish the coincidence of the
desktop refreshing and a bunch of folder icons reverting to unversioned.

Maybe of use.
