[TSVN] blame shows wrong end revision on progress dialog (minor glitch)

When showing the blame info of a file, with an end revision other than
head, the progress dialog still shows the current head revision as end
point ("Processing revision [n] of [head]", where [head] is the current
head revision.)

AFAICT, the result of the blame is correct, and it does stop processing
at the requested end revision, so I think it's purely cosmetic.
