[TSVN] SVN Deleting all versioned files within folder deletes whole folder

TSVN 1.1.3 build 2816 on w2k to remote SVN 1.1.3 released version.

I had a WC branch folder containing both versioned and some unversioned
files.
All the versioned files and a folder were selected and SVN Delete applied.
None of the unversioned files were not selected, nor was the .svn folder.
Unexpectedly the whole folder evaporated and the unversioned files were
lost.
Is this the designed behavior?
If so, maybe a warning would be appropriate.

Separate to that.
I haven't experienced any explorer lockups and find Will's cache invaluable.
All projects have their own repositories as do groups of shared files..
